I had a problem with my door not locking and was put in another room on the 2nd floor near the lobby and easy to find and access. good breakfast that came with the room cost. indoor pool and exercise room.

Two pools so my grandchildren loved that they could swim even if it rained. Breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. The young man at the front desk took care of a couple things we needed right away and had a great attitude.

The trip was our 25 year anniversary and was nice, relaxing and not all crowded everywhere we went. Had a good time.

My husband, not having been to Osage Beach for about 30 years, had a difficult time finding the motel. We called the front desk and the person was very kind and understanding and gave us directions and we found it within a few minutes. She also gave us a great recommendation for lunch!

...Shannon was the best..she went above and beyond to make us happy.....and amber was great too.they deserve more pay than im sure they get.will definitely go stay again

Great staff who were maybe understaffed but were so hard working and really friendly! I would definitely stay again and found the location to be good and the room was clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is the staff though!
